Biography
Devon is an associate attorney with experience in administrative law and general business litigation. She has worked with many government agencies and has experience assisting in business litigation, employment litigation, contract review, contract-based disputes, and with the pre-trial litigation-related discovery steps associated with each. Devon's period as an extern to the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board gave her a unique insight into the importance of seeking resolution and mediation before a dispute is overwhelmed by litigation. During law school, she worked with the award-winning Environmental Law and Justice Clinic at Golden Gate University School of Law, representing local environmental groups to help protect our waterways and provide clean water to low-income farming communities through law and policy litigation.
