Biography
Simon A. LeBleu's practice area focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, tax and business planning. In addition, he provides advice in wealth transfer and succession planning. His clients include families, individuals, private fiduciaries, institutions and other business and non-profit entities. Simon also practices, teaches and writes in the complex area of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation.
Born and raised in Solano County, Simon received his A.S. from Solano Community College, and his B.S. from California State University, Sacramento with honors. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Simon received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a dual certificate in Taxation and Business. Subsequently, he earned a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating with honors.
Simon is an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, teaching Estate and Gift Taxation/Estate Planning. Simon is also a Lecturer for the Division of Criminal Justice at California State University, Sacramento. In addition to Simon's teaching duties, he regularly writes for the California Continuing Education of the Bar ("CEB") as well as the California Trust and Estates Section of the Bar ("TEXCOM") in the areas of Estate, Gift, Generation-Skipping Transfer and Real Estate Taxation.
Simon resides in Solano County with his wife (high school sweetheart) and two sons.
